Francisco Galindo

Francisco de la Torre Galindo is a Mexican diplomat who has served in the Mexican Foreign Service since 1998. He holds a degree in Law (JD) from the National Autonomous University of Mexico and a Master’s degree in Diplomatic Studies from Mexico’s diplomatic academy. Having previously served as the Consul General of Mexico in Dallas (2016-2025), Galindo has been widely recognised for his interest in defending the rights of the Mexican community residing abroad. Throughout his career, he has spoken extensively across nations – including the United States, Argentina, Indonesia, Brazil, and France, among others – on safeguarding the rights of Mexican communities in these countries.
