This Media and Photography Policy outlines the guidelines governing photography, video recording, media usage, publication, and distribution relating to the Conference and associated events organized by the José Martà Project for International Solidarity.

Media and Photography During the Conference
Photography, videography, audio recording, journalism, documentation, and media coverage are generally permitted throughout the Conference unless otherwise indicated for specific sessions or restricted areas.
By attending the event, participants must also understand that they may appear in photographs, livestreams, video recordings, interviews, promotional materials, press coverage and documentary or archival content related to the Conference.
