Jorge Cuellar Montoya

Jorge Cuellar Montoya has held senior leadership positions across Mexico’s public administration and higher education sectors. He served as Federal Delegate of the Ministry of Economy in Tamaulipas and as Rector of the José Martí University of Latin America in Monterrey (2007–2016). Earlier in his career, he was Undersecretary of Upper Secondary and Higher Education for the State of Nuevo León and Director of Social Guidance at the Attorney General’s Office of Nuevo León.
